Hey everyone,
I don’t usually post like this, but I’m honestly out of options and really need guidance.

My girlfriend has been dealing with multiple serious health issues for a long time now, and it’s been getting harder to manage both emotionally and financially.

She is currently suffering from:
- Chronic endometriosis (daily pain)
- CIN 2 (pre-cancer condition that needs urgent attention)
- Severe hormonal imbalance (excess estrogen and testosterone issues)
- Anemia
- Insomnia (she depends on medication to sleep)
- Depression (she is in therapy)

Her situation at home is also very difficult. Her father is an alcoholic, and she cannot open up to him about her condition because he tends to use things against her emotionally later. Because of this, she has no real family support.

She doesn’t have a stable source of income right now, and I’m trying to support her as much as I can, but I earn around ₹15,000/150$ month, which is nowhere near enough to handle her medical needs.

Right now, she needs:
- Biopsy and colposcopy (for CIN 2)
- Treatment for endometriosis
- Hormonal treatment/birth control
- Ongoing therapy
- Medications and possibly IV treatments

The estimated cost is around ₹3 - 4 lakh ($3000 - 4000), which feels impossible for me to arrange alone.

I’ve been trying to look into government schemes, hospitals, and other options, but I’m honestly overwhelmed and scared of making the wrong decisions.

At the same time, I’m also struggling with how to support her emotionally without making her feel like she’s a burden or a “project.” She’s already going through a lot mentally, and I don’t want to push her away while trying to help.

I’m posting here to ask:
- What are the best affordable treatment options in India for cases like this?
- Has anyone dealt with CIN 2 or endometriosis in government hospitals?
- Are there any schemes, NGOs, or funding options I should look into?
- How do I support her emotionally without overwhelming her?
- Has anyone successfully raised money through crowdfunding for medical cases?

I’m not asking for money here just guidance, experiences, or direction from people who might know better.

I really want to help her, but right now I feel stuck and honestly a bit helpless.

Any advice would mean a lot.
Thank you.

TL;DR:
My girlfriend has multiple serious health issues (endometriosis, CIN 2, anemia, hormonal imbalance, depression) and no family support. I earn ₹15k/month and can’t afford her treatment (~₹3–4 lakh). Looking for advice on affordable treatment options, government help, or how to support her without overwhelming her.
