I received my offer two days ago and now I’ve been trying to access the accommodation portal. It says to enter my KCL ID from my offer letter and then reset my password but every time I enter my ID it just says username invalid. Has this happened to anyone else?
I emailed them to ask how to fix this but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Help would be much appreciated!
