Laney LA30BL Review: Black Sabbath Tone, Snowblind Recording, Warranty Issues, and Attenuator Notes
I put together a hands-on writeup of my Laney LA30BL after spending more time with it and getting it back from a warranty repair. The article covers the early Black Sabbath thing, how it behaves with a Bugera PS-1 attenuator, my 4x12 speaker setup, using a Hizumitas for leads, and the warranty/build quality issues I ran into. Curious if anyone else here has spent real time with the LA30BL or other modern Laney reissues. I’d be interested to hear how they’ve held up and what attenuators/cabs people are pairing with them.
