PC DRAM light on screen turned black and has not been able to post since

This happens sometime last year I was playing a game when randomly the screen turned black and has not been able to post since. The motherboard I have is a ASROCK B460M PRO4S/ac. I have tried resetting the RAM, removing the CMOS battery, and shorting the CMOS pins. I’m not sure what else to do next if anyone has any ideas pls lmk
