I could definitely use more help on my throwies with shadows and highlights

I bought a summer uniform about a month ago and I've been loving it but I'm not sure it's real. I tried to use the tag guide pinned and some other videos to identify it but I really don't know what I'm doing. The tags are the only ones on the shirt and pants. I bought them issued according to the seller so I found the cloth in a pocket which you guys might be able to use. I hope that's enough information but feel free to ask if you need more. I'm curious to see what you guys make of this.
