Mixing two all-inclusive packages — LINQ Thu + Luxor Fri-Sun. Anyone done this?

Heading to Vegas on a Thursday through Sunday with the Wife and FiL (He got all of us tickets to go see No Doubt at the Sphere on Friday). I'm trying to stack two different all-inclusive packages back to back since the Caesar's deal isn't on weekends. Curious if anyone has actually done a transition like this and what the friction was.

The Plan and Costs

Night Property Package Guests Cost
Thu Jun 4 The LINQ Caesars Inclusive Summer 3 $400 flat (taxes + resort fees in)
Fri Jun 5 - Sun Jun 7 Luxor MGM All-Inclusive 3* $417 (Tower 2-queen, early 11am check-in)
Package total $817

*3rd person sleeps in the Luxor room as an extra occupant Fri-Sun and self-pays for their food, drinks, show, and any extras (no MGM all-inclusive perks for them). Also wanting to utilize the "Strip Stumble" from u/SpaceIsGettingHot.

What the LINQ Thursday gets us (3 of us)

  • 2 meals per day at celeb chef spots (Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri across LINQ / Flamingo / Harrah's)
  • Bottomless well drinks, house wine, beer, non-alc at 5 bars
  • 2 High Roller tickets (3rd person ~$30 to add)
  • 20% off pool cabanas at Influence - (Don't need)
  • Self-parking - (Don't need)
  • Resort fees and taxes baked in

What the Luxor Fri-Sun gets us (2 of us)

  • 3 meals per day each across MGM Las Vegas restaurants
  • 1 beer or wine with each meal + non-alc
  • 2 show tickets (going Blue Man Group or Carrot Top)
  • Big Apple Coaster ride at NY-NY
  • Self-parking - (Don't need)
  • Resort fees waived
  • Pool access at Luxor, Excalibur, Mandalay Bay, AND MGM Grand (this is the part I'm hyped about — MGM Grand/Mandalay Bay wave pool / lazy river)
  • Tower 2-queen room, 11am early check-in confirmed for the Friday transition

The transition logistics I'm trying to nail

  • 11am Friday: check out of LINQ, all 3 of us head to Luxor
  • 11am Friday: early check-in at Luxor (already Guarantied in for $20) — 3rd person comes along as extra occupant
  • Lyft LINQ to Luxor is ~3 miles, $15-25, 12-18 min
  • Since Luxor isn't on the monorail but the free Mandalay Bay tram connects it to MGM Grand for monorail access which we will likely use and get the weekend pass to head back up over the weekend.

What I'm asking

  1. Has anyone actually run two of these all-inclusive packages back to back?
  2. MGM all-inclusive show pick — leaning Blue Man Group Or Carrot Top
  3. Mandalay Bay pool access under the MGM all-inclusive — do you actually get full beach + wave pool + lazy river, or is it limited to the regular pool deck? Reports online are mixed.
  4. Best LINQ Thursday move with all 3 of us? Bottomless Drinks at the bars > Lunch at Gordon Ramsay Burger > Pool? > High Roller at sunset + dinner at Bobby Flay's Mesa > then a chill bar night since the bottomless drinks are included anyway.
  5. 3rd person at Luxor Fri-Sun, not on the package — they're sharing the 2-queen as extra occupant and self-paying for everything (food, drinks, show, coaster). Anyone done this and got hit with a surprise extra-occupancy fee at MGM check-in, or does the 2-queen comfortably cover 3 without an upcharge? Or just have them wait to the side somewhere until I get the room?
  6. Still a good deal all in all? This Mix in Match with the Strip Stumble and Monorail Pass seems to be pretty good to fill in where the MGM deal falls short right?

$817 total -> $408.50ish split between us and the Fil to have a fancier first night, then still a good bit of freebies plus the rooms in that cost seems pretty good for a Thursday - Sunday trip.

TIA!
