Can't get in contact?

I'm hoping someone can help me!
I was in the Coombe last week for an infection down there, was very worried it was something worse and so close to the cervix but they said it was just BV and gave me antibiotics for the week.
Week later, it still seems to be there. I called my GP to make an appt and explained and they said they don't do any swabs to check so I will have to go back to the Coombe.
I really don't have the time or energy to travel back into DCC as I went late at night last week so no traffic and I'm sure it's just another swab and antibiotics so surely somewhere closer can see me? My clinic in Naas has no contact details and I can't show up without an appt?
I've called the triage about 17 times, line busy or rings out every time over the last 1.5 hours and I couldn't get through last week either after hours or calling before I went to see if I could go somewhere else to not waste their time on a small infection.
Any advice or contact numbers?? 🥲
