Well, a sad day. Decided to Goodwill my trusty old Thermarest. I have a much better, lighter one now (Neo Air) that rolls up a lot smaller. Technology moves on.

I remember when I got this. 1992. I was absolutely ecstatic to get it. 35 bucks on sale at Sports Chalet in Valencia.
It’s been down in Grand Canyon 6 or 8 times, Zion, all over the Sierras and all over the Mojave desert. Never once got a hole in it. My fancy one I’ve already punctured and patched once.
You can’t keep everything.
