When disembarking a cruise in Ravenna, does anyone have recent experience with how long it takes to get off the ship, get through security and out to the shuttle/taxi area? Planning to carry off luggage as soon as they let people off the ship.

A good month, several great books. I wanted to hit 10 books this month, but had several days where I could only read a couple chapters.

For a cruise next month, I'm looking for transportation options from the cruise terminal in Ravenna to the Venice airport (approximately 2.5 hour drive). The NCL shuttle is the least expensive, but I think it takes 3.5 hours for the drive (read that somewhere). Does anyone know what time the shuttle leaves port? I can't seem to find that info, and will try calling tomorrow, but maybe someone has recent experience.

Also open to other options that have better departure/travel times. This is for 2 people.
