[MOBILE] [2020-2023] Top down caveman game where you knock out prehistoric animals and recruit animals to your team
Hey everyone, this one’s been driving me crazy and I can’t find it anywhere.
Platform: Mobile only (iOS/Android), free, portrait mode (held vertically, not landscape)
Controls: No joystick likely tap or swipe based controls
Genre: Top-down 2D action/adventure
Art style: Hand-drawn, very little animation, muted beige/brown/ivory/cream color palette almost like it was sketched on parchment
Gameplay: You play as a caveman wearing a mask who goes around bonking enemies with a club or a spear. When you knock them out they join your team and follow you around, fighting alongside you. You could also spend coins to buy animals at your home cave, and there were cave levels with bosses.
The most distinctive thing: The enemies were prehistoric animals mostly and like bears and rhinos and snakes and all of that but the first enemy/ally you get was a bipedal rat with comically large ears and a pointy nose with a black ball at the tip. Very cartoonish looking.
Played this sometime between 2020–2023, wasn’t super popular I think. Any help is appreciated!!
