I've seen the California special mach e and its color scheme is very interesting to me. But I'm located in the Northeast and don't really feel like paying the premium to get the car from another area and having it shipped.

Since really all I want is a Royal blue stripe package, is it easier to buy a rally and have the stripes repainted the color I like? Having never done custom paint on a car before I have absolutely no idea if this is easy or hard. I'm assuming the rally is the more comfortable ride all things being equal, but trying to figure out the easiest way to do this.
