First time I attached my camera to my motorcycle grip. After 20 minutes of riding I involuntarily checked my camera from my mirror and it was hanging. I panicked and stopped immediately. It was loosen almost all the way. WFT is this? Is it my fault, did I do something wrong? Is there a lock mechanism I missed? Now I am terrified to attach it one more time. Please help

Small but pleasant city. Very closed to Cologne, Netherland and Belgium. It can be a really good starting point.
