I'm looking to become a grenadier for my squad in MSW, I want to get the Ares m320 launcher, but because of the price of taginns, and with them rarely being in stock. Is it even worth it at this time? Shower shells are useless in large, open forest hilly environments; my only option for smokes is hand-thrown or taginn, which is never available.

Can I just have a 12 man squad if I have 12 people? Or do I need to meet some requirement? Like having a mmg crew? Also, are there any requirements to having a squad medic? Or can I we just have one in the squad? Does that limit the squad size at all?
