I was under the impression that there is language in the contract that a supervisor that is observing you has to let you know beforehand. Others have told me that if they don’t let you know that they aren’t allowed to discipline. Can someone point me in the right direction to the contract? I couldn’t find any language on it when looking. Thanks in advance.
