Would a tablet woven band be strong enough to hold the weight of multiple hand sewn bells? I'm planning on experimenting and creating a pair of boot straps for renaissance faires that have small bells attached to them, but most of the straps I see are either made of chainmail or crochet. My current thread options are 8/2 Carpet warp thread, Peaches and Creme yarn, or size 10 crochet thread.
