I have been thinking a lot lately about how much I have changed (physically, emotionally and mentally) since I started running regularly over a year ago. I’m much healthier, happier, and more confident, AND YET, my imposter syndrome kicks into high gear and tells me, “hey, you’re not really a ‘natural born runner’ and you’re not even very good at this.”
Does this resonate with anyone else? I also may just be talking to the void on this one, and that’s totally okay too.
