Chart of accounts for a contract labor provider?

Im looking to setup Xero in the US with Gusto payroll for a small business that supplies people to work contract labor. The business currently has 4 employees working full time which includes 2 owners working as contractors plus taking a reasonable salary due to the rules of s-corp. What would be the most useful way to setup the chart of accounts?

Help for stepfather

My stepfather a marine was exposed to agent orange he has had three types of cancer colon, skin and lymphoma. He was on 100% disability during cancer treatment but after remission disability stops. He has had recurring bleeding issues he was told this was due to the radiation for the colon cancer affecting tissue in the bladder. He doesn’t get any disability for this issue. If it is a side effect of the cancer treatment and it’s an ongoing problem shouldn’t he get some form of disability. I think he should be compensated and want him to get what he deserves. How to fix this?

These stairs were covered in carpet which I was going to have replaced. What needs to be done to finish these steps? The risers are 7 3/4” except the top which is 8” due to the tile. The treads are 9” no bullnose.

These stairs were covered in carpet. Risers are 7 3/4” but tread is 9”. What can be done to fix them? Top riser is 8” due to the tile install over linoleum. Trying to fix this house so it can be rented it’s my son’s home he unfortunately purchased without an inspection 4 years ago and moved out of state for a job.
