Compilation of finally getting manual mode to stick! First month of fpv training on the Neo 1 and 2. Most of the clips are with the Neo 1. I think it’s actually a bit better than the Neo2 for manual mode because its slightly smaller, lighter, and has a simpler 1 axis gimbal.
Dabbled with drones for many years. Always wanted to FPV but never managed to “get it”. Drone would break, not enough batteries, camera vibrations, goggles sucked, one crash is weeks wait for parts, busy with work, moving and packed up everything.
Years passed and enter the Neo… this thing is the all encompassing drone for everyone, skill level, and purpose. DJI has made getting into FPV fun and simple.
Goggles have amazing clarity and signal penetration. The Neo is tuned, light, and capable. The settings are simplified, Sport mode to begin with getting familiar w orientation and proximity. Attitude Limit so the drone doesn’t flip over. Pause button to immediately get out of trouble. FPV is so addictive and I think the expressive possibilities are endless!
