Looking for my first proper road bike. After much research this seems to check off most all of my boxes. Seller is willing to go down to 1300 but no less. The slightly higher than usual price is likely from the newer bars/stem. Just wanting to see if this is worth being a little flexible with my price range (wanted to spend closer to 1k).
