I know it’s probably a stupid question but my 3DS has been sitting off for about 6months and these weren’t there last time. It also doesn’t show up on the photo well but it seems like it’s on the inside of the screen but not the LCD itself if that makes sense. I can also see the slight outline of that area when it is completely powered off.
