My sams doesnt give out physical membership cards so i use the QR code at the gas pump to buy gas.

Problem is a lot of the times, my phone won't scan the QR code. It works sometimes, so i think it's just the lighting/glare at different times of the day. Not sure though

Does anyone have any recomendations before i ask customer service for assistance?
