Top of the Hethereau tower, there's a paper plane here but you are not allow to use attacks or skills here. How do i defeat it ?

I see a lot of respawn beacons here, why can't i plant mine? I forgot to put it in entrance and boss is next door... D:

EDIT: 2 hours in. I got the first bell because the game told me too, didn't notice the difference i didn't check the map before. I bought an armor to get access to a castle for 3 silver which was 90% of my money to immediatly receive the same armor after cleaning someone's chimney. I saved a cat, pet a dog, accidentaly kicked a child to the ground and sold a butterfly to a tavern hot lady. I'm loving this T_T

Doing my third run of the game after a long time, didn't remember about this. Lizzie's personality quickly change from worried to "idc" mood, as Liam was aware so. Does this mean the beginning of cyberpsychosis for all the chrome she has?
Right before coming here i did a small cyberpsycho gig where Regina told me women are less likely to become cyberpsychos, or at least doesn't show the symptoms like men do.

I'm pretty sure when i go to the DLC to see her dance there's no mention of her personality change. Does someone know anything about this?

Been more than 20 years playing videogames, never felt the need to just join a game to drive around, watch the NPC's live their lives, truly a world that will always remember.
