Name for groggy, weak all day sensation

I really haven't found a good word for what I am experiencing nor do I know if it's narcolepsy or something else. But previous to my N1 Diagnosis I had all the "something elses" covered and took medication for those, which mostly didn't really help for long.

Most of the time I feel kind of groggy and Brain foggy. Like when woken up out of a dream but for almost all day. Even a bit, one could say, shaky and weak, muscularity wise. The moments this is gone are pretty rare but very different.

Do you see it as a possible N symptom? If so, how do you call it?

So after months off Xyrem I finally got back on it and honestly 3g per dose already makes such a difference, I actually feel rested. I wake up and just stand up. Still tired during the day, but man. So much better. First time in forever.

But the snoring. Oh god the snoring.

I'm not overweight, don't have a thick neck or any of the usual risk factors, but I do have very lax connective tissue, and apparently Xyrem just... turns me into a foghorn. Closed doors don't help. My wife has gone from "haha funny" to genuinely hating my medication and now I'm sleeping in the basement.

Has anyone dealt with this? Did a mandibular device actually help or is CPAP just the inevitable endgame here? Especially curious if anyone with hypermobility/connective tissue issues has found something that works.

Really don't want to choose between treating my narcolepsy and my marriage.
