So a few days ago, I heard my boyfriend tell my 3YO Irish Cob that she had to grow a bit more so he can ride her. Had to break it to my man that the little shit won't grow a lot more now, and he's out of luck.

But this got me thinking, what would I look for if I was trying to find a horse for a rider of around 90kgs?

I know the unknowledgeable would tell me a draft horse of any kind, since they're big. But draft horses are built to pull, not to carry. So help me out horsegang, throw breeds known to have strong backs in my general direction.
