I start chemoradiation on Monday and wonder how soon the diarrhea is likely to start?

I will have a 45 minute ride to/from my radiation sessions and I'm afraid of having a diarrhea accident in the car. Has any one used adult diapers during radiation treatment? Any that aren't too painful on radiation burns? Thank you
