Package 1 arrived to chino CA via SMARTPOST 3/20/26, package 2 arrived 3/26/26 both were labeled “shipment info sent to USPS” No recorded movement since. It has now been 6 weeks with no updates, no help the one successful time I go through to the most awful customer service agent at FedEx. Obtained usps tracking number, no information there either. Not received by usps in any capacity. Final destination is outer island Hawaii. Time to give up? I understand I can be refunded by seller a seller must file an inquiry. I am the receiver not sender
