everyone,

I noticed a slight wave / raised seam on the aluminum shell of my Rimowa near the top panel. The suitcase still closes normally, but the seam looks a bit uneven compared to the other side.

Has anyone had something similar repaired by Rimowa?
Did they realign the panel, replace a part, or just say it’s normal wear/patina?

Would love to hear your experiences before I bring it to a store. Thanks!

Hi all, how often does klm measure and weight? I am in doubt between the Rimowa original cabin (4.3KG) or buying the Rimowa Essential cabin (3.2KG) (55x40x23) or maybe even the plus? (56x44x25).
Does any one have experience with both? And is the essential really bigger than original because of the zipper?

Is the Rimowa original cabin really that much smaller for items? I read reviews that in the essential you could put more stuff. The website states only 1 liter difference and about 1 kg or 2,2 lbs. is the zipper easier to close or the clip?
