I was just playing a game when my WiFi went out I checked my eero and it had a red light so I unplugged it and replugged it and that fixed the WiFi for my phone however my computer which uses Ethernet and now it says the network is unidentified and has no internet I went look on my partner’s computer that also uses Ethernet and their computer also says it connected to a unidentified network with no internet. Both our computers Ethernet is connected though a TP-link 5 port switch. We’ve tried unplugging that but that didn’t work We aren’t that tech savvy so we would appreciate any help if you want more info feel free to ask.
