R1 Rudders Main-Axis Lockdown Bolt Possible?

Is it possible to lock down the R1 Rudders so that only the toe break axis are in use?

My use case is Star Citizen, using roll on rudders (with yaw on the right stick). I tried for a while to get the main rudder axis to work for me, but the return to zero even with the hard index cam with maximum tension on the strongest spring was difficult. I kept over-resetting, causing me to roll in the other direction. The moment I put roll right on the right toe break, and left on left, flying became so much more intuitive. So now I'm left with the unused axis that rotates the whole unit, and I'm wondering if there's a slot for a lockdown bolt somewhere that I'm not able to find. (My other solution I'm currently considering is putting a stop-block on the wooden mount I'm concepting, to prevent the main axis from moving. A sort-of-sled that I'd mount rudders on to brace it against the wall and prevent movement. With adjustable distance to/from the wall bumpers.)

Side-issue... Is there a 3D printed insert anyone has a file for, that fills the holes in the top of the Falcon pedals? Couldn't find anything on various STL posting sites I searched. My toesies aren't having a fun time indexing up there, going through the holes, trying to work the toe break axis. Considering if I need to get the Legend pedals. Or I guess at least wear slippers when flying.
