Have around 100 hours on DD2, but I got DD:DA for a great bargain… any tips for new starters?

I’ve decided not to care about min-maxing vocations as well… because I heard it’s very tedious, so I’m just going to play the vocations that I’ll like

At the start it gave 0.15, but now, with however I test it, any beatle I use only gives 0.05 increase?
