Hey all,

I have a question about tickets I've ordered. As it's not covered by the FAQs I select contact them by email. I fill in the form but have never received an acknowledgement, which it says should arrive in 2 hours. It's not in my spam, so I'm a bit at a loss. Does anyone know an actual email address rather than web form?
