The LCM in my car has gone bad and my mother and I want to choose an option that is the least pricy. I've read that buying an LCM is possible, but I'm not sure if we can get one preprogrammed for my old as hell vehicle. We're also contemplating buying and taking one to be programmed by Ford and installed somewhere else.

I got the EMS gamepass but I can't actually heal npcs. I got to an area with my ambulance and it says press E to interact heal npc (which is odd because its a press and hold?) But nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong? My buddy even reported the npc first and it didn't work either.
