What's wrong with my engine?

Hi guys,
I drive a hyundai i20 from 2010, 1.4 petrol engine (101 hp). There is foam on the cap of my motor oil. I have added a picture in the comments. Does anyone know what's wrong with my engine?
1.5 year ago I had coolant leaking inside my engine. The mechanic told me I had to get my head gasket replaced and the 'top part' had to get resurfaced. €3184,- later and my car was working again.
now 1.5 year later and I've only driven about 3500 km. My owners manual says I should get my motor-oil replaced every 20.000km or once every year. But since I have only driven 3500km I have not replaced the oil since the big repair. I can't imagine the head gasket to be leaking again, as it has already been replaced.

Thanks in advance!
(English is my 2nd language so I don't know if I named everything correctly.)

Hi guys,
I've been growing this fig tree in the ground for a couple of years now. I've been wanting to cut this tree back by a lot, but I've no idea how I should go about this. Could you guys please suggest how you would approach this tree?

This variety of fig is rarely used for bonsai, so I find it difficult to find guides or inspiration that would apply here. As you can see in the pictures, the branches are long and don't really branch-out. The tree also doesn't really have a good shape, movement or direction.

Hi guys,

I planted some seeds a week ago and I just noticed mold growing on one section (the left side). I planted garden cress (lepidium sativum), chives, parsley and basil. Surprisingly only the garden cress section has mold. I kept the tray, with a transparent plastic cover, inside during the past week. I was hoping the warmth of my room would help germinate the seeds faster.

  1. Is it mold?
  2. What should I do about it?
My guess is that the heat and moisture provided a good environment for the mold. Should I throw this section away, to protect the other three seed-sections?
    Than you in advance!!
