Seen today in Phoenix, AZ

Hi, Merlin tells me this is a kingbird of some sort, but am having trouble deciding if this is a western kingbird or a Cassin’s kingbird. Or, am I way off base? Of course, my camera battery died just as it flew off so this is the best pic I have of it.
