Hello guys,

So I have one question and need your help. The thing was when I received the offer from Deloitte on the same day I got promoted and got a good hike around 45% which is almost matching the package which Deloitte offered me.

I already communicated to the recruiter that once I receive my promotion and increment letter, i will share it with you to check offer compensation. And I have shared that once I received it and it's been more than 20 days she's not even replying back to my email. I have sent multiple followups but no reply. And she's never picking up the calls.

My position is Python Consultant -AI and Engineering

What should I do?
