1. Do your names in English on the card start with the family name? (Same question for people of other origins)
2. Are you allowed to use a name in Chinese that is unrelated to your official name? (People with no name in Chinese are allowed to choose whatever they want)
3. If your name contains kanas (I don't know the case in Korea), are they allowed in your name in Chinese?
4. If your name contains non-Chinese characters (辻, 畑), are they allowed in your name in Chinese?

1. jisho.org is a Japanese kanji dictionary site.
2. I've been visiting it ok.
3. Since April I've been seeing connection reset every single time.
4. I don't know if it's caused by router settings.
5. I can see this site through VPN to other countries.
6. I can see this site even through VPN to my country.
7. Other people using the same ISP as mine tested no problem.
8. I don't see any other report of this issue. This site is popular so any other occurrence should have been discussed somewhere.
9. Firefox shows "this TLS handshake finished for jisho.org..." many times when trying to establish a connection. The line flashes so fast I can't really read it.
10. Router Netgear R7000, stock ROM. Not recently updated.
