I really wanted to go Flamescar + Vox omnium, putting one of them on a charm, but seems like these are not charmable with the regular recipe. Is the dream shattered, or still a chance to get it through transmute?

What if I.. spend just a few skill points here and there to change some of the lightning skills that I don't want into fire / cold, and then have my unstable currents spam only my maxed out lightning skills that I want?
