Hey girls 🤍

New gym girly here 🙋‍♀️ (27F, 62 kg) just joined Anytime Fitness gurgaon and I’m lowkey lost 😅

Right now my routine = treadmill + cycling for 1 hour + somehow hitting 10k steps daily 🚶‍♀️

But like… am I actually doing anything for fat loss or just vibing? 😭

I have zero idea what a proper beginner workout split looks like. My diet is decent (2 meals + protein), but gym side feels random.

Also trainers are pitching personal training for like 18–19k and I’m like 👀 do I really need that or can I figure this out myself?

Drop your advice pls, help a confused girly out
