Title says it all really. Im a trans woman, and over the past year or two of my transition (been on HRT since mid 2021) I've felt a lot more comfortable presenting more sapphically masculine than traditionally feminine, especially in sapphic and queer spaces. Its made me a lot more confident, but I've been getting misgendered more often by people who should know better (extended family, neighbors, people who previously correctly gendered me) than when I was presenting more femme. Do any other trans women have similar experiences and advice. I dont want to go back to presenting really feminine as doing so makes me pretty uncomfortable, buy it also dont like being seen as a man.
