Hi Denver! I have lived here for years, but grew up in Pittsburgh. There’s a restaurant in Pittsburgh that serves a DELICIOUS food they call Loobee. The photo comes straight from their menu. This may be the more common middle eastern stew Loubia - served with green beans, lamb, and what I believe is a a tomato based sauce. I have never seen this in Denver. Does anyone have a Syrian or Middle Eastern food recommendation here in the Front Range, that serves this dish?
