I am thinking of getting a better pickaroon. I currently have the cheap yellow Yardworks one from Menards. It works pretty well but still doesn’t catch in some of the harder woods. I know there are fans of Stihl and some other more expensive brands, but am also curious of how the Duke’s pickaroon performs if any of you have used it. Whatever brand you recommend could you give your impression of whether it was worth its price for how it performs. I’m sure there’s a magic balance of price and performance somewhere, but would prefer information gathered with other people’s money if possible.
