Distrokid White Listing

I have a large YouTube channel that isn't music-focused, but I do use original scores in my videos. I signed up for Distrokid to protect those scores, and now I find myself having to (annoyingly) whitelist each and every video I upload. I can't whitelist the video until its uploaded, and now I get an immediate claim on each video and cannot monetize. I add the video URL to Distrokid's white list, but it takes a while for the claim to lift. If I release my video with the claim on it, and the claim is later released, will I get "backdated" revenue from the time it was released until the claim was released? Or is there any other way to stop my specific channel from getting these claims on the songs I put in Distrokid? I dont think I can create a YouTube Artist Channel as my channel isn't music focused. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
