So some friends of mine recently moved overseas, UPS was supposed to pick up several large boxes, and deliver them to a separate overseas shipping company’s facility. I waited all day and they never came, but then we got an email claiming the pickup was made. Obviously it wasn’t because I still have 11 packages in my apartment. The email also says it was 1 package weighing 5 kgs, when the pickup was for much more than that. I can’t get on the line with a human customer service rep, and there’s no option for my problem on the automated “help” line or the useless chatbot. I don’t know what to do. Any ideas or advice?

Hi everyone, I recently had to get new roommates, and went from being able to let my 7 year old male cat roam the apartment at night to having to keep him in my bedroom at night. I’ve had him for a year. I know I can’t expect him to sleep all night, since that’s not how cats work, but I need to find some kind of solution because he is climbing everywhere and knocking things over, meowing and trying to get my attention so often throughout the night that I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in a week. I love him, but he’s driving me crazy. I’ve been trying to make sure I play with him in the evening after I get home from work, but he never seems to settle down.
Any ideas?
