Hey everyone, I’ve been in the search for a summer sublet and recently found a great location near BU. Initially I found the place through Facebook and started speaking to the lady renting the place, but on multiple occasions she has avoided getting on the phone or FaceTiming to show what the place looks like currently. She sent some photos and for the most part I’m ready to move forward, but I’m not sure if it’s the best idea to continue if I don’t get some confirmation of the fact of what the place looks like currently or at the very least speak to her to confirm it’s not a scam
