I got a new voice remote pro and I can't pair it at all I've done everything I can from restarting the remote and the TV it blinks a white light when pairing but never connects and blinks white while charging too I've had it on the charger all day so ik it's charged plz I need help

This is my WIP song "a heartfelt message to you" I feel like the intro is a turn off but it progressively gets better and would like any opinion or suggestions
