Engine sound healthy?

Looking for any insight or tips to see if this engine sounds healthy. I’m not experienced in this type of stuff so I’d like to make sure it’s okay. This is a ‘23 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with about 76k miles.

I am torn between the two.

2019 Highlander Hybrid Limited Platinum with 83k miles - listed at $31k, want to negotiate down to at least $29k - $30k OTD

vs

2022 Highlander Hybrid Limited with 81k miles - Listed at $35k, trying to get to $36k OTD but this sales person is whining that they are only making $100 off of the vehicle at $37k OTD. --- Side note: they recently loaned it out and it was driven to another state for some reason (while we were in negotiations with the sales person), so now the milage is at around 83k.

The 2019 has great service history according to CarFax, recently new tires, very clean. Test drive went well, no glaring issues outside of the doors squeaking a little bit, just needs some grease I'm assuming. I did not care for the Apple Carplay functionality not being available but its not a total deal breaker.

The 2022 has a decent service history, pretty clean, little rusty on the bottom, going to need new tires, looks like original tires are on it. The test drive went well, & we liked it.

My thoughts are, I like that the 2019 seems like the better vehicle overall with great service history, super clean and all of that, but I like the 2022's interior much more. So yeah, I am torn...please help lol

Also, these both have captains chairs, my kids like the captains chairs more than the bench but is there anything I should consider regarding that?
