As the title says…
I’ve done a bit of running over the years, never anything strenuous mainly 5ks and worked up to 10ks.
Not ran for a few years and I’ve got an old pair of Nikes which genuinely hurt my shins when running.
Just looking for a steady shoe for around 20-25km worth of running each week. I’ll be mainly running on roads.
Ideally around the £100 mark in the U.K.
