I was looking into mattress protectors and was interested in purchasing the *waterproof mattress protector* from Saatva, however the website shows that it’s currently unavailable. I was hoping to pair it with our new Saatva mattress because I have seen it recommended several other places online.
I spoke with a Saatva rep today about this who unofficially told me they think they are discontinued as they are currently out of stock in all sizes except *full* with “no information regarding restock”. The Saatva rep tried to sell me on the *signature mattress pad* because “that’s their best seller”. The only difference I can see is the pad is well, “padded” and also $10 cheaper, however I was hoping for a mattress protector without any extra fluff (pun intended).
Can anyone here confirm if the *waterproof mattress protector* is actually discontinued or not. Does the padding make much difference? Any other recommendations? Am I overthinking mattress stuff again?
Edit: Customer service got back to me and they are discontinuing the item. If anyone knows where I might be able to get one still I would appreciate it :)
