National 5 Mathematics short courses?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I've been climbing the walls looking for an answer, maybe someone here can help me with.

Long story short, I need my Nat 5 certificate in Maths for career progression. I have Nat 4 from high school, but now, after 15 years out of school, I need to get my Nat 5. The sooner the better. Does anyone know, or can advise about anywhere that provides short courses in Nat 5 Maths. Preferably online, as I'm based in Edinburgh, or better yet if there's anywhere locally based that does short courses in Nat 5 maths.

I've already started studying the coursework, and it's starting to take root, so hopefull I'll be ready to sit the exams within the next 2-3 months. I just need somewhere that will let me sit the exam, and get me the results before winter.

Any advice would be massively appreciated.

Last Sunday, a pilgrim's mother died.

Last Sunday, me and my friend Lewis were walking the Camino from Porto. We'd just left Viana do Costelo in the morning, when he recieved a message from his sister, that his mother had been taken into hospital. A little worrying, but you always hope for the best. She wasn't old, barely into her 60s & in otherwise decent health.

We walk the day to Caminha, a little warey thanks to the vastly changing weather conditions & get there just in time for the municipal to open at 3pm. As soon as we're checked in, he gets the call that all children fear. His mother's health had deteriorated throughout the day, and she wasn't expected to survive the night.

We're both from the UK, so luckily getting last-minute flights back from Porto wasn't too difficult. I arranged that, while he said goodbye to his mother over video call. She passed while he was on that call with her.

I'm not writing this, trying to be prosaic or overly sentimental, I just needed to get my own thoughts and feelings about that day off my chest a little. It's a drop in the ocean compared to what Lewis had to go through, and still is going through, but still...

Firstly, I want to thank the Hospitalero running the Municipal in Caminha. He was an absolute gentleman, completely compassionate & of incredible help. He put me in touch with his boss (didn't know hospitaleros had bosses?), who helped me arrange transport back to Porto, who I also want to thank from the bottom of my heart.

The bar owner just around the corner from the Albergue, who's name escapes me, was also a legend. Helping Lewis out with a little dutch courage, which he 'conveniently' lost the bill for...

Mostly, I want to thank our fellow peregrinos, who each and every one of them dropped everything to help us in our time of need. It was beautiful humanity, in a sea of troubles. Some of them arrived in Santiago today, and the rest will be there in a day or 2. I hope their Camino was as wonderful as it deserves to be, and if anyone we met happens to read this, we're just sorry we never got the chance to walk the rest with you guys.

If anyone reading this is religiously inclined (it happens, I swear!), who wants to light a little candle or say a prayer either in memory of Caroline, or to giver her son Lewis sone much-needed strength in his darkest hour, we'd be incredibly honored. And if you're fortunate enough to still have a parent or both parents around...maybe hold them just a little tighter next time. Buen Camino to all.

RIP Caroline. Your son is a good man.
