It powers on, fan noise, green LED on the power button.

- No video output.

- Eject button no longer does anything. No mechanical whining or attempt of movement.

- No disc inside the tray.

Partially disassembled it and cannot see anything obvious.

Likely culprit? If it was the PSU/ internal fuse would it power up at all?
